We have installed brand new roofs for several town home and apartment communities in the past year. These projects require very special attention, as each represents hundreds of thousands of dollars in roofing. Due to recent storm damage from hail and extreme winds, these projects were funded by our clients’ insurance companies.

Four Seasons – At Gold Hill Homeowner Association, Inc.

To Whom it May Concern,

The purpose of this letter is to commend the services of Carolina Roof Consultants. Our community, Four Seasons at Gold Hill, in Fort Mill South Carolina is made up of both single-family homes and townhouses. A hailstorm, which hit our community in April of this year, did significant damage to both types of housing. The single-family owners carry their own insurance and the overwhelming majority contracted with Carolina Roof Consultants (CRC) to have their roofs replaced.

The feedback that the Board received from the owners was extremely positive and after a number of interviews with other roofing companies, we decided to have all of our townhouse buildings and clubhouse roofs replaced by CRC and contracted with them to have this work done. There are 112 townhouses, in 33 buildings, plus a 10,000 square foot clubhouse all of which are the responsibility of the HOA.

Gary Harris of CRC was on-site throughout the construction and both he and Mike McCoy were hands-on and positively addressed any issues that we had. For the size and complexity of the project, the construction went very well. The work was completed timely, neatly and with little disruption to our homeowners. Both Gary and Mike were easily accessible and responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we had.

Overall, it was a relatively smooth process for our community and we commend Mike, Gary and the entire CRC organization for their professionalism, service and responsiveness.

Eastover Ridge Apartments

To Whom it May Concern,

This letter is to give reference for Gary Harris with Carolina Roofing. Upon meeting Gary he explained the process of the hail damage to the area where the apartment community is located. Gary then went and inspected the buildings to find that 10 buildings, 216 apartments, had significant hail and wind damage. The apartment community contacted our insurance company and Gary and his owners met with the adjuster. The adjuster approved the payment to fix the roof with the damage.

Then the company came in, started the roofs and everything went very smoothly. With 216 apartments there could have been nails or damage to personal property, but this did not happen at Eastover Ridge. There were employees from the roofing company present everyday to walk residents in and out of the buildings to make sure everything was taken care of with debris from the roofs. Every employee with the company was extremely nice and courteous to everyone on my staff.
